Corporations deny rights
Corporations do not have any right to deny employees insurance coverage for birth control on the basis of religious freedom. Most corporation CEOs are males, which we learned in that video we watched in class, Miss Representation, who don't need birth control for any reason. Women who use birth control use it because they aren't ready to have children, to regulate periods, acne, etc. Even if they make the argument that it's about religion, there are a few ideals instilled in religious values that people tend to ignore. Values such as the "golden rule" or don't push your religion upon other people are the ones that people tend to "forget". This kind of insurance coverage denial by corporations happens a lot but the most recent and notable was the Hobby Lobby case. Even if they are trying to instill their Christian morals into their business, they aren't following their own christian values themselves.
