"I need feminism because I deserve the same pay as a man doing the same work!"
My life goal is to be a lawyer, hopefully Entertainment, and therefore I plan to be bringing in a large paycheck, I deserve to make the same salary as a male who is engaging in the same work as I am!

Hey guys, I'm Ciara Peters, I'm a sophomore History major with a Theatre minor. I graduated from Ellicottville Central School in a class of 49, but contrary to that, I plan to live in NYC sometime soon for law school. I'm often told that I'm a "common white girl," which frankly I'm okay with, because I do thoroughly enjoy my Starbucks, Pink Merchandise, Uggs, NorthFace, and sequins. Also, I'm addicted to Taylor Swift- pretty much everything about her. I've worked at a ski shop for almost 5 years, and it made me fall in love with retail, also I've been skiing for 18 years and snowboarding for 10! I'm in this class because, Bridget Doyle, really opened my eyes up to what Feminism stands for, and I discovered I am indeed a feminist and cannot wait to learn more through this class!
